Capital Caulking
Internal Joint Sealing

External Joint Sealing
We provide external caulking using only high quality products with the expertise and knowledge on which products are best suited for long lasting application. Accounting for many factors including elasticity, texture, weather, heat resistance, UV stability and aesthetic appeal.
Remedial
Sealants often fail because they've been applied incorrectly or not adhered to the surface through improper application. Sometimes the sealant just becomes old or worn-out from being applied many years ago. This is particularly common in wet areas such as showers or bathrooms We offer extensive knowledge and techniques on silicone removal and reapplication, ensuring a long-lasting silicone application.
Fire Rated Sealing
Preventing fires is the number one priority whether its a residential or commercial project. Fire rated sealing can prevent fires from spreading from room to room as fires can easily spread through small gaps or openings in the joints of buildings that haven't been properly sealed. We offer fire prevention caulking using only high quality products to fire-rated standards.
